1. Sources and Composition of Information

1.1. Information may be personalized or non-personalized.

1.2. The Administration collects:

• Telegram profile data (name, username, Telegram ID) when interacting with @gibridaibot
• Email and password (encrypted) upon registration, or Telegram login
• Messages and requests in chats with AI characters (Souls) and agents
• Technical data: IP address, browser info, software characteristics
• Activity statistics: usage frequency, model preferences, content volume

1.3. Only information stored in encrypted form, accessible exclusively to the Administration, is considered confidential.

1.4. Information voluntarily posted in public sections is not confidential.

2. Security

2.1. Access to data is via authorization (email/password or Telegram OAuth). Users must keep credentials secure and not share them. All actions via User credentials are deemed performed by the User personally.

2.2. Data collection and processing comply with applicable law.

2.3. The User consents to data processing for the purposes set out in the User Agreement and undertakes to notify the Administration of any changes.

2.4. Chat content with AI characters is used to maintain conversation history. The Administration does not share correspondence with third parties except as required by law.

2.5. We do not use your conversation content to train AI models.

3. Your Rights

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@gibrid.ai or contacting @gibridhelpbot.

4. Cookies

We use technical cookies (session, language preference) — required for the site to function. No analytics or advertising cookies.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. The Administration is not liable for losses arising from use or inability to use the platform.

5.2. This Policy may be amended unilaterally. The current version is always at gibrid.ai/privacy.
