Terms of Service

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Administration provides the User with access to the Bot and the gibrid.ai Service under the terms of this Agreement.

1.2. By using the Bot or the Service, the User confirms full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

1.3. This Agreement is a legally binding document.

2. Service Description

2.1. The Bot @gibridaibot and the platform gibrid.ai provide access to artificial intelligence: conversations with AI characters (Souls), creation and configuration of AI agents, image and media generation, and automation tools based on language models.

2.2. The list of features may be changed by the Administration without prior notice.

3. Rules of Use

3.1. The User agrees to use the Service for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law.

3.2. The User may not:

• Gain unauthorized access to information in the Bot or Service
• Distribute malware, spam, or other illegal content
• Interfere with the Bot's operation or modify its code
• Generate content that violates third-party rights or Telegram's rules
• Use the Service for fraud, disinformation, or harm

3.3. The Administration may restrict or terminate User access for violations of this Agreement.

4. Liability

4.1. The Administration is not liable for damages resulting from use of the Service, including errors, interruptions, or data loss.

4.2. The User bears full responsibility for their actions and consequences.

4.3. The Administration is not responsible for the content of User requests.

4.4. AI-generated responses are informational and do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.).

5. Personal Data

5.1. The Administration maintains the confidentiality of User personal data.

5.2. Details are in the Privacy Policy at gibrid.ai/privacy.

6. Payment & Subscription

6.1. Some features are available on a paid basis. Current pricing is at gibrid.ai.

6.2. Payment is made via the method selected by the User.

6.3. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

6.4. In-app subscriptions on iOS are purchased via the Apple App Store; payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation.

6.5. Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends at the stated price.

6.6. Managing & cancelling. You can turn off auto-renewal and manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings (App Store → Subscriptions) at any time. Any unused portion of a trial (if offered) is forfeited upon purchase.

7. Amendments

7.1. This Agreement takes effect upon acceptance and is valid indefinitely.

7.2. The Administration may amend this Agreement. Changes are announced in the Bot and on the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of changes.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Disputes are resolved through pre-trial proceedings via the support contacts below.

8.2. If pre-trial resolution fails, applicable law governs.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. In all other matters, applicable law governs.

9.2. Invalidity of any provision does not affect the remaining provisions.
