Refund Policy

Effective date: May 18, 2026

This Policy defines refund conditions on the gibrid.ai platform. Key principle: refunds are only available for unspent token balances.

1. General

1.1. gibrid.ai uses an internal token system (Vexo tokens) topped up through the User's wallet and spent on AI features.

1.2. Refunds are only available for the unspent token balance at the time of the request.

1.3. Tokens already used for content generation, subscription activation, or other services are non-refundable.

2. Refund Conditions

A refund may be granted when all of the following are met:

  • The User has an unspent token balance
  • The User has not violated the Terms of Service
  • The request is submitted via official support channels
  • No more than 30 calendar days have passed since the last top-up

The refund amount is proportional to the remaining token balance relative to the top-up amount.

3. Non-Refundable

  • Tokens spent on text, image, video, or other content generation
  • Activated subscription plans
  • Funds used in violation of the User Agreement
  • Bonus or promotional tokens granted at no charge
  • Top-ups made more than 30 days ago

4. Processing Timeline

4.1. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.

4.2. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4.3. If denied, the Administration notifies the User with a reason.

5. How to Request

6. Policy Changes

The Administration may amend this Policy unilaterally. The current version is at gibrid.ai/refund.
